The Flea is run by a 100% volunteer board with the help of over 100 additional volunteers and community members.
Sam Sidman is the current RPRFM board president. Sam started her journey as a volunteer and her enthusiasm, passion and dedication made her a natural choice for the board. Sam has a BS in Management and a Masters of Arts in Education. At the Flea you can find her helping out in the kids craft area or running the ticketing area. Sam is a 1st grade teacher at a local elementary school.
Jessi Sprocket is the RPRFM vice president with over 15 years of community building and event experience. Sprocket spent her younger years attending punk rock flea markets and battle of the bands in New Jersey and Philadelphia. When she arrived in Reno she knew this place needed a Punk Rock Flea Market too.
Juan Melchor is the RPRFM secretary. Juan began his Flea journey as a vendor turned volunteer. He’s also the Flea vendor coordinator using his experiences to make the Flea a better space for all of our amazing DIY artists and crafters. Got a question about vending? Chris Crow is the RPRFM treasurer. He started his work with the Flea as a volunteer and his passion for building community led him to take on more responsibility by joining the board. Chris also loves skateboarding and supporting local music. At the Flea you can find Chris working on the skate ramp!
